Origin

Our matchas are cultivated in Japan, organically farmed, and exclusively from the first harvest:

• Latte — grade A+, Aichi Prefecture
• Ceremony — grade A++, Nishio, Aichi Prefecture
• Reserve — grade A+++, Kagoshima Prefecture

Packaging is carried out in the European Union by our certified organic agriculture partner. Each box bears a batch number ensuring full traceability, from the Japanese farm to your door.

Organic Certification

Nekoki (AICHIMY STUDIO SASU) is certified by Ecocert France, in accordance with European Regulation (EU) 2018/848 on organic production.

Our certification is the result of an independent audit: an inspector physically verifies each step — batch traceability, storage conditions, distribution channel — to ensure our matchas comply with European organic farming standards.
